Baba napoletano (2 Kg - 15 People)


The babà or babà is a typical bake-baked pastry and Neapolitan tradition, rumed with rum.

The legend of the baby's birth tells that one day Stanislav, stubby of the sweet cake, flung him across the table, where by chance there was a rhum bottle. The sweet liqueur pouring on the baboon emanated such a perfume that the tsar after tasting it fell in love and, being a passionate reader of "a thousand and one night" called him wings, as a famous character of these tales.
